High Speed for the Swabian Alb.
60 kilometers, speeds of up to 250 km/h: Long-distance, regional, and freight traffic reach their destinations faster than ever before with our RHEDA 2000® track system between Neu-Ulm and Stuttgart.

RHEDA 2000®between Mecca and Medina
Haramain – the first high-speed rail line in the desert.
Temperatures between -10°C and +55°C. Over a distance of 444 kilometers. A top speed of 320 km/h in extreme temperatures and siltation. RHEDA 2000® proves its reliability and low maintenance requirements – always and everywhere.
With the first high-speed railway in a desert region, millions of pilgrims and tourists have been able to travel between Mecca and Medina in two hours since 2018.
